Each facilitator with The Alternative Board® (TAB) is an experienced business person who has successfully completed an extensive TAB facilitator training program and participates in ongoing training sessions. Most facilitators run or have run their own businesses giving them a unique perspective to share with the board members.
The TAB facilitator guides the group discussions without dominating the meetings and encourages all members to express their views while keeping the discussion on track. They also ensure problem solving ideas are generated and the meeting does not become a gripe session.

Diana, as a certified LinkedIn instructor, believes that LinkedIn and other social media are quickly changing the old Marketing and Business Development techniques for both individuals and companies
Prior to owning her businesses, her 25 year career included senior level positions with leading domestic and international manufacturing organizations; spanning key industries as steel, automotive, construction & graphic arts. Areas of expertise range are marketing, sales, and operations, always with P/L accountability. Diana has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University and a master’s of management from Northwestern University. Diana enjoys speaking engagements that range from industry topics, to business issues, to golf and active involvement with non-profits. Today, she is on the Board of Girl’s Golf of Texas and just published in the book “Unstoppable Woman.” Diana is the recent Sectional Director, South Central for EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) and co-chair for MENG (Marketing Executives Networking Group), Dallas Chapter. Prior non-profit and business board positions were YMCA, Easter Seals, and Lady Fairway golf products.
