Explore the TAB Emerging Entrepreneur Board

As an entrepreneur, you have visions and expectations for your company that drive you in your daily business life. Your motivation to be your own boss is strong. You work hard, and perhaps you just haven’t found the right formula for succeeding in your business the way you envision.

If you are like most small business owners, your life is
out of balance and you:

• Are feeling alone in your business
• Are juggling too many balls in your business and wonder
how you’ll ever make measurable progress
• Suffer from an absence of personal accountability
• Do not even have time for time management
• Lie awake at night thinking about how to solve
business challenges
• Would like to make more money from the business
while increasing the equity value of your business for
potential sale

If any of the above describes you, The Alternative Board®
has a monthly TAB Board® program designed especially
for you.

TAB can help you achieve your vision

At The Alternative Board®, we understand the daily challenges
that you face running your business and have a process that
helps you reach your dreams. We know that peer boards
help business owners like yourself effectively conquer your
challenges and seize new opportunities. As a member of a TAB
Emerging Entrepreneur Board, you will learn how to grow your
business and achieve the lifestyle that initially prompted you to
start your own business.

The TAB Emerging Entrepreneur Board is a low-cost option
for owners of small businesses who dream of taking their
businesses to the next level as much more profitable
companies. Members of the TAB Emerging Entrepreneur Board
are comprised of owners of companies that typically have
under $500,000 in annual sales or fewer than five employees.

How TAB works

With TAB, you will gain a proven resource that will help you deal more effectively with challenges and opportunities, resulting in
greater business success for you and your organization. TAB Boards currently meet in over 1,000 cities worldwide for three to four
hours each month in a confidential “think tank” atmosphere. TAB members (no more than 15) in each TAB Board are owners who
operate in non-competing businesses, and an experienced TAB facilitator chairs the meeting. We know you understand the core
of your business, but all those areas that you may not have experience in, such as; marketing, sales, or finance, may be holding
you back from reaching your dreams.

During a TAB Board meeting, you’ll hear a different workshop each month on a business topic to assist you in operating virtually any
business. You will benefit from the collective experience of your facilitator and your board members, who offer practical solutions
to your problems–not theories. Your facilitator/coach will contact you by phone each month to verify how you are progressing and
prepare you for the upcoming board meeting.
